Buy Low Sell High, it’s a pretty simple and self explanatory concept. The goal is to get things that are undervalued and get rid of things that are overvalued. The same goes for Fantasy Football. In this post we will be applying that concept to football players.

Buy Low:

DeMarco Murray (RB-DAL)

Murray was criminally underused last Sunday totaling only four carries. That will change as the Cowboys realize their mistakes and emphasize the run. Although Dallas is a pass first offense, Murray is still their second most important skill player. Look for him to rebound this Sunday against New Orleans.

Jordy Nelson (WR-GB)

If you are a looking to make the playoffs, Nelson is a great asset to target. With Rodgers poised to come back by week fourteen,  I see Nelsons value skyrocketing.

Larry Fitzgerald (WR ARI)

After struggling with a Hamstring injury for much of this season, Fitz is finally healthy again Although there are still issues at QB, Fitz looks like a good pick for the second half of the season.

Sell High:

Wes Welker (WR DEN)

As Denver’s schedule gets more difficult, their touchdowns will become fewer and fewer. Welker is currently very touchdown dependent and he’s just not going to finish of the year the way he started it.

Lamar Miller (RB MIA)

Yes, Miller has been on fire as of late…..but don’t count on that to last. He faces three top eight run defenses in the next six weeks and his offensive line is falling apart, because of well, voicemails.

Peyton Manning (QB DEN)

Obviously you shouldn’t trade the great Peyton Manning for nothing. Manning is undoubtedly the MVP of fantasy this year. Still, If you can just swap Manning for Brees or Stafford and an upgrade at a position of weakness, I’d say go for it.
